By creating an account or using Rivalyze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Rivalyze is an AI-powered competitor monitoring platform. It allows users to track changes on publicly accessible competitor websites and receive AI-generated analysis of what those changes mean strategically. The service monitors pricing pages, feature pages, job listings and homepages on a scheduled basis.
You must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Rivalyze.
Rivalyze offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal in your account. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be informed by email before any price change takes effect.
You may only add publicly accessible URLs to your Rivalyze account - pages that can be visited by anyone without logging in. You may not use Rivalyze to:
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Rivalyze and the monitoring results complies with all applicable law, including the terms of service of the websites you monitor.
Rivalyze fetches publicly accessible web pages on your behalf to perform monitoring. We make reasonable efforts to identify ourselves as an automated monitoring service. We do not guarantee that monitoring any particular website is permissible under that website's terms of service - this remains your responsibility to verify. We may decline to monitor specific URLs if we determine that doing so would violate applicable law or our policies.
Rivalyze uses the Grok API to analyse competitor page content. You supply your own Grok API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and for any usage costs incurred via your key. Rivalyze is not liable for charges on your API account resulting from use of the service.
Your use of Rivalyze is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI-generated analysis of competitor changes is provided for informational purposes only. Rivalyze does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated results. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. Do not rely solely on Rivalyze output for business-critical decisions.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates or suspend the service temporarily. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or missed monitoring checks.
Rivalyze and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of the data you enter. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivalyze is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
