Free and Pro plan competitors are checked every 48 hours. Business plan competitors are checked every 24 hours. Business plan users can also trigger a manual check once every 24 hours.

Rivalyze monitors four page types: Pricing (price changes and new tiers), Features (product updates and new capabilities), Homepage (messaging and positioning shifts), and Jobs (hiring signals). Free plan users can monitor the homepage only. Pro and Business users can monitor all four types.

Rivalyze uses AI to generate a one-sentence summary, a short strategic analysis of what the change likely means, and a significance rating (low, medium, or high). Pro and Business users also receive an email alert.

Yes, on Pro and Business plans. When adding a competitor you can enter the exact URL for each page type. If you leave it empty, Rivalyze guesses the URL automatically based on common patterns like /pricing or /features.

Yes. The free plan lets you monitor 1 competitor's homepage, checked every 48 hours - no credit card required. Paid plans start at €10 per month and unlock all page types, email alerts, and more competitors.

Pro lets you monitor up to 10 competitors with 48-hour checks, all page types, email alerts, custom URLs, and team members. Business upgrades to 20 competitors with 24-hour checks and adds a manual check trigger (once per 24 hours).

Yes. Pro and Business plans include team member support. Everyone on your team shares the same workspace, sees the same competitors and change history, and receives email alerts when changes are detected.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Existing competitors and snapshots are never deleted when you change plans.

Yes. Your monitored competitors, snapshots, and change history are only visible to you and your team members. Your data is never shared with other Rivalyze customers or third parties.
